Following these few steps, you can easily return any product which you have purchased from our store.
- Please send us an email at [email protected] and mention the defective product you have received. If you want to change the size or return the product, you must request the RMA or return the merchandise authorization number. We do not accept returns without this number.
- Our team will send you an email in response to your email, and they will tell you all the details.
- When we receive the product, our team will inspect it. After that, we will either refund your money or exchange the product according to your wish.
The items you want to return must be unused. Please return them in the original packaging in which you received them. All the labels and tags must be attached to the product.
The products must be returned through an insured courier service to avoid any loss. If the product is lost during the returning process, we will not be responsible for the loss.
The customers will pay return shipping charges. If you get an entirely wrong product, we will be responsible for that.
The customer will be responsible for the wrong selection of size.
You will get your money back through the same method you used to buy the product.

To facilitate our clients, we can alter the customized items free of cost if the client is ready to pay shipping charges, both ways. This offer is not applicable for promotional products and sale products.
We do not refund the shipping cost during the promotional period unless a faulty item is sent to the customer.
If you request the refund because of a mind change, we will not refund the shipping cost. Depending on the location of delivery, it can be $18 to $54. This is applicable even if we are offering free home delivery.
